Williams Jewelry is the best jewelers we have ever been associated with. The attention to detail and to client are just out of this world. Can’t thank them enoughI went to go sell a 14k gold w natural no lab diamond. Originally I was trying to sell the bracelet as whole but it came down that I would most likely sell it for the gold and diamond itself. I had been receiving offers between $1400 and $700. I came here to negotiate an in between price and was met w a woman who was on the phone talking to her husband and negotiating through him instead of me. Our final agreement came to $725 which I thought was reasonable and acceptable as I had asked for $750 and she had said $700. Lo and behold when it came down to the actual cash payment the woman backed out and said that she mis weighed the item and the value was only $600. Of course I restated we agreed on the deal of $725 and she had me sign documents and scan my license but because her husband or companion whoever it was on the phone was telling her $600 she was sticking to $600 so I walked out. The place is a scam and the owners / husband+wife couple do not have any idea on how to negotiator or thoroughly estimate correct prices. The woman also stated that they would not accept any pearls but yet had a whole display and arrangement of pearl necklaces being shown. The store is definitely more than unorganized and unorthodox considering the owner was willing to walk away on a made deal already. BUYERS BEWAREEEE OF SCAM of place*** gold in store also looked very yellow and heavily coated. Would not trust this place. DO NOT BUY OR SELLThis should definitely be your first place to visit for any jewelry need, the sales lady was really patient with me as I combed through lots as there were so many nice options to choose from.
